1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of services and products provided through the website www.grandcruandetiquette.com by GCE, and define the rights and obligations of both the seller and the client.
2. Scope
These T&Cs apply to all purchases made through the website, including:

Consultancy services
3. Description of Services
Membership subscription offers exclusive contents in a private space.
in Person Workshops. Access to wine tasting workshops is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older, in accordance with public health regulations.
Consulting services include coaching, training, wine cellar and wine list creation,... Services are subject to a prior written quote and mutual agreement.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Payment is made online via secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
An invoice is automatically generated or can be provided upon request.
Quotes for consulting services are valid for 30 days.
5. Delivery / Service Execution
Membership subscription: Immediately accessible via a secure link or private platform after payment.
In-Person Workshops: Held on specified dates; attendance is nominative. Only registered individuals may participate. No additional guests will be accepted without prior authorization.
Consulting Services: Provided on a scheduled date mutually agreed upon by both parties following acceptance of the quote.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Membership subscription: In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the content has been accessed with the client’s prior consent. By confirming the order, the client explicitly waives their right of withdrawal.
In-Person Workshops: In accordance with Article L221-28 (12°), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date. These are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except as specified in section 7.
Consulting Services: A 14-day withdrawal period may apply, unless the client requests in writing that the service begin before the end of that period, thereby waiving the right to withdraw.
7. Cancellation / Rescheduling / Refund Policy
Membership subscription, as a digital product, no refunds are possible once the content has been delivered.
In-Person Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours before the scheduled date. No refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your reservation to another person by emailing us in advance. The name of the replacement participant will be registered within 2 business days. One rescheduling is allowed under the following conditions:
More than 3 calendar days before the workshop: Free rescheduling
Within 3 calendar days: Rescheduling possible with a €25 fee per person
After the workshop has started or ended: Rescheduling is not permitted
Special events and one-off workshops: Cannot be rescheduled
These rules apply regardless of the reason, including force majeure.
Rescheduling requests must be sent in writing via email through the Contact section within the stated deadlines.
8. Liability
GCE cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products or services. Clients remain solely responsible for how they implement any advice received.
9. Affiliate Links
Some links on the website may be affiliate links. This means GCE may earn a commission if a purchase is made through these links, at no extra cost to the client.
10. Personal Data (GDPR Compliance)
All data collected through the website is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller can be reached, we invite you to contact us through the Contact section. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to its use. You also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) if needed.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the client has the right to contact a free consumer mediator (contact details provided upon request or via https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso). If no amicable resolution is reached, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
