GCE offers a bespoke individual engagement, structured as coaching, for international executives and senior leaders who want to master the codes of the French professional dinner and move through them with natural ease.

This engagement is led by Maria, a former senior director who retrained in wine out of passion, qualified in sommellerie, and specialised in the cultural codes of the French professional world.

  • Every programme is built around your situation, your schedule, and your professional context. There is no standard format, only yours.

  • Remotely: Analysis of your real professional situations, concrete preparation for upcoming events and dinners, so that every engagement works in your favour.

    In Person: Tasting sessions to develop your palate, your vocabulary, and your confidence at the table, the tools that make the difference when it matters.

    Personalised Resources: Resources created specifically for you, available throughout the engagement and beyond, to consolidate what you have learned and make it last.

  • Most programmes run over 2 to 8 weeks, with two 2-hour sessions per week. The pace is agreed together, according to your availability and objectives.

  • This engagement is designed for you if you are an international executive or senior leader, if you operate in a French or Francophone professional environment, or if you sense that a greater fluency in the cultural codes around wine and the table could meaningfully change the quality of your professional relationships.
